I am an experienced Information Security Professional with over 25 years experience in strategy, consultancy, technical sales and advisory services. During this time I have worked with clients in a wide range of sectors from financial institutions to manufacturing and government organisations. My experience means that I have developed a broad range of skills ranging from security strategy and architecture to risk management, policy and technical security. I have recently been focused on strategy and advisory and how digital transformation affects cybersecurity. I am quick to pick up new concepts and approaches and I enjoy working with a wide range of people, nationalities, and organisations. My strength is discussing solutions with both business and technical audiences. I am an experienced communicator at all levels ranging from business to technical professionals, analysts and media. As a recognised Cybersecurity thought leader and strategist I am often sought out to develop and influence new approaches to the governance, risk and security challenges that organisations face. I am passionate about information and cyber security, building the profession, and helping to make the world a safer place
